LiquiTech's Customer Advisory Board (CAB) is comprised of LiquiTech's most engaged customers. It fosters a collaborative and customer-centric approach to product and service development, ensuring that our solutions meet customers' evolving needs and challenges. The board serves as a strategic partner, providing valuable feedback, insights, and guidance to help shape LiquiTech's product and service roadmap and enhance the overall customer experience.

Time Commitment

LiquiTech Customer Advisory Board (CAB) membership will remain active for 12 months. 

CAB members will be required to participate in quarterly board meetings (held virtually). These meetings can total up to two hours each. 

In addition to the quarterly meetings, there will be optional opportunities for CAB members to participate in workshops and feedback sessions throughout the year. Members can choose to accept or decline these opportunities based on their level of interest and availability.

LiquiTech recognizes the value of CAB members' time and respects their commitments outside of the board. The estimated time commitment for CAB activities aims to maintain a balanced involvement that accommodates the busy schedules of members while ensuring meaningful engagement.

Eligibility

You may be a great-fit board member if you: 

  • Are genuinely interested in providing candid feedback and contributing to improving LiquiTech's products, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Have great familiarity with LiquiTech's products and services. This knowledge allows you to provide well-informed feedback and insights.
  • Communicate effectively and have the ability to articulate your feedback, insights, and ideas clearly and constructively during meetings.
  • Are committed to actively participating in the board's activities, including attending 75% of quarterly meetings and, ideally, engaging in optional sessions.
  • Are comfortable collaborating with other board members and the LiquiTech team, listening to different perspectives, and working towards consensus and joint decision-making.
  • Act professionally, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to LiquiTech's Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect sensitive information shared during board discussions.
