The assessment and any related report are provided for informational purposes only, based on conditions observed during a limited site visit and information provided at that time. It does not constitute engineering design, regulatory certification, or a guarantee of outcomes. Responsibility for system operation, maintenance, and compliance remains with the facility. To the extent permitted by law, LiquiTech shall not be liable for any third-party claims arising from a facility’s use of or reliance upon the assessment, except in cases of LiquiTech’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
